48B Berkeley Square is an ideal place to stay while visiting London. It has two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, large sitting/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and sitting/dining room overlook Berkeley Square with its famed plane trees planted in 1793. It is fully furnished including cable TV, telephone, fax and (wireless) DSL. Housekeeping services the flat two times a week.
Flat 48B is in the heart of Mayfair within walking distance of London’s theatres and other attractions, and it is midway between the Green Park and Bond Street ‘tube stations’. A number 8 bus stops a few steps from the front door, and taxis are available at all hours.
The Flat is available on a weekly basis for periods up to several months.

Location and Situation:
Located in the London Borough of Westminster in a prestigious, mainly commercial area overlooking Berkeley Square, and within the general area known as Mayfair.
Flat 48B is situated to the north of St James Park and Buckingham Palace, to the east of Park Lane and Hyde Park and to the west of Regent Street. It is in the only residential block on Berkeley Square with the rest of the square mainly comprising of offices.
Flat 48B is situated at the front of the block, on the 2nd floor, overlooking Berkeley Square. It comprises a drawing room, two bedrooms, entrance hall, kitchen and two bathrooms, one being en-suite to bedroom one, and a cloakroom.
